About Tara
Tara's birthplace Utrecht, The Netherlands, has been a fertile ground for her creative development. Travel has also been essential for her sense of freedom and artistic inspiration. After her university studies in 2017, Tara spent five years traveling the world, seeking the experience of union with nature.

Tara draws inspiration from a variety of mediums: drawing, painting, installation, collage, performance, photography, video, dance, singing, theatre and shamanic techniques. Her current project "Womb Rituals" emerged in 2022 during her master Interdisciplinary Art Production at the University of Málaga, Spain.
Tara has studied variety of spiritual practices since in 2016: Mindfulness, Vipassana Meditation, Hatha Flow, Tao Tantric Arts, Kaula Tantra Yoga, Ayurvedic Massage, Hridaya Yoga, Kirtan Mantra Circles, Shamanic practices and (indigenous) conscious community living. Tara’s workshops are coloured by her passionate exploration of humanity and embodied spirituality.
Tara created a vibrant exposition in the heart of Utrecht in 2023, welcoming visitors (300+) into an interactive experience and offering Womb Workshops - embodied creative journeys. Tara loves to bring groups of people together and facilitate learning.
