My story...
"For me, being an artist is about hollowing myself,
so creative spirit can move me. Creation is ultimate surrender -
in consciousness. A cosmic dance driven by source.
The human experience is a mystery to discover, this life a piece of art I am continuously creating."
Tara’s curiosity about the world and the human experience led her to study International Relations at Leiden University, after which she spent 5+ years abroad. Travel, language, and cultural exploration opened her to new ways of seeing, while meditation, yoga, and art brought her back into her body.

Tara's path has been one of deep personal healing: moving through disconnection, intimacy wounds, shame, and the search for belonging, and gradually returning to herself through body-based practice, ritual, nature, and creativity. What once felt unsafe or fragmented became a gateway into life force: embodiment, feminine softness, sensuality, and power.
Today, Tara offers art and exhibitions, classes and workshops,
1:1 intimacy coaching, and women’s (postpartum doula) support. She creates spaces in Utrecht and online for people to reconnect with their body, creativity, intimacy, and life force.
"Do you feel drawn to this path?

In 2022, Tara completed her Master's Interdisciplinary Art Production in Spain, where her menstruation-based art practice was born. Since then, her work has continued to evolve through painting, installation, collage, performance, photography, video, dance and sound. At the center of it all is a living inquiry into embodiment, transformation, and the healing power of creative expression.
Over the past decade, Tara has immersed herself in a variety of embodied spiritual and creative paths. Through training and certification, she has deepened her practice in Mindfulness, silent meditation, Traditional Tantra Yoga, women’s circles, Tao Tantric Arts, massage, mantra singing, shamanic practices, Biodanza,
art education, and postpartum doula wisdom.
